 How to Register a New Vehicle in Delhi:

When you purchase a Vehicle from a Dealer in Delhi after the payment of the vehicle and the Tax at the dealer you will be issued with an Invoice and a Receipt with Key Number.

After the receipt of the Invoice and Receipt of Key Number the owner have to visit the website of Delhi Transport Department  http://www.registrationdelhionline.com and click on the Dealer from where the New Vehicle is purchased under the Car Manufacture.  (Like KONCEPT CARS I P LTD under Hyundai)

Once you click the Dealer Name you will be redirected to a new page where you will find Tax Amount of each vehicle of the Manufacturer, Documents to be furnished by the Customer and the Dealer, then read the Eligibility criteria and click on I Agree.

Then Enter the details and click on Submit.  It should match with your details with the dealer. If it is mis matched you cant register your vehicle. 

If all the details are correct you will be redirected to the Registration Page.

Here you can select Registration Certificate Number of your choice and enter the details and click on Submit. Be careful while entering as it cannot be changed afterwards.

Once it is completed you can deliver your Vehicle from the Dealer with the Registration Certificate.  Vehicles cannot be delivered without Registration.
