How to Register for a course:

Before Registering online the candidate have to select a course from the course list you like to study and select a learning center from a list of learning centers in India.

Only one course can be selected at a time and after completing that course you can select another course.

After this visit the website http://learntelecom.bsnl.co.in/ and click on Join Now and click on Register under Step 1 if you are not registered. Once registration is completed you can sign in with user id and password.

Download the chalan form and make payment of the fees in any SBI Branch or you can make the payment of the fees in the learning center through cash before the commencement of the course. 

After payment enter the details in the form by signing in.

Once registered you can download the study materials and after sending the payment chalan you can attend the practical classes. 

Date of commencement of class and examination details will be informed to the candidate and those who passed in the exam after the classes will be given course complete certificate.
