How to Apply:

Prepare an application form in candidates own handwriting (as per the application format in the notification page) and affix a recent passport size self attested photo and affix Let thumb impression of the candidate. Application Fees Rs 50 can be paid through Postal Order. 

Affix a passport size photo on the Admit Card and send the application form and other copies of documents proving age, qualification, caste certificate, which is attested by a gazetted officer, original postal order of Rs 50, 2 self addressed envelop of Rs 22 stamp affixed on each envelop, self attested 2 passport size photos, Questionnaire (filled and signed by candidate), Admit Card (filled and signed by candidate), Attested copy of Driving License etc. 

Last date of applying is on or before 9th April 2013. If the candidate belongs to North East Region the last date will be 16th April 2013.
