Now you can apply for Affidavit / Self Declaration and Vehicle Pass / e-Curfew Pass through online using the website https://pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in. This portal is created by Kerala Police for submitting affidavit and pass requests during lockdown due to COVID-19.
How to Apply for Affidavit (Self Declaration) for Individuals?
Visit https://pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in/ Website and click on Affidavit
Fill Name, Address, Vehicle Number, Vehicle Type, Co-Passenger Name (If Any), Travelling From, Travelling To, Travel Date and Time, Purpose of Travel, Return Date, Place, Mobile Number, Select the Area, Upload your Signature, Tick on Captcha and Click on Submit.
Once the Application is approved by Poice Control Centre you will get an SMS with a Link and once the link is click there will be an Affidavit which can be shown to Police while Travelling.
How to Apply for Emergency Pass / e-Curfew Pass / Vehicle Pass?
All essential services stipulated in GO 1282/2020/GAD dated 27.03.2020 can apply for an Emergency Vehicle Pass.
Visit https://pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in/ and click on Emergency Pass.
Fill the Name, Name of Department/Emergency Service, Address, Mobile Number, Upload Signature, Photo, ID Card, Select the Area and Tick on the Captcha and click on Submit.
Once the Application is checked by Police Control Centre Pass will be issued and SMS will be send to the Mobile Number.
