സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൻറെ സാമ്പത്തിക വളർച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഗണ്യമായ സംഭാവന നൽകിയ പ്രവാസി സമൂഹത്തോടുള്ള പ്രതിബദ്ധതയുടെ ഭാഗമായി സാമ്പത്തികമായി പിന്നോക്കം നിൽക്കുന്ന തിരികയെത്തിയ പ്രവാസികളുടെ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനു ആവശ്യമായ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നൽകുന്നതിനായി പ്രവാസിമലയാളികളായ നോർക്കാ റൂട്ട്സ് ഡയറക്ടർമാരും നോർക്ക വകുപ്പും ചേർന്ന് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയാണ് നോർക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് ഡയറക്ടേഴ്സ് സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് പദ്ധതി.

യോഗ്യതകൾ

കുറഞ്ഞത് രണ്ടു വർഷമെങ്കിലും വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഇ.സി.ആർ കാറ്റഗറിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട പ്രവാസി കേരളീയരുടെ മക്കൾക്കും, രണ്ടു വർഷമെങ്കിലും വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യ്ത് തിരികെ എത്തി കേരളത്തിൽ താമസമാക്കിയവരുടെ (മുൻ പ്രവാസികളുടെ) മക്കൾക്കുമാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതിപ്രകാരമുള്ള സ്കോളർഷിപ്പുകൾ ലഭിക്കുക. 

മേൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച വിഭാഗത്തിൽപെട്ടവരിൽ തിരികെ നാട്ടിലെത്തിയവരുടെ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം രണ്ടു ലക്ഷം രൂപയിൽ താഴെയുള്ള പ്രവാസി മലയാളികളുടെ മക്കൾക്കാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതി വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. 

ഒരു പ്രവാസിയുടെ രണ്ടു കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വരെ ഈ പദ്ധതിയിൻ കീഴിൽ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് പദ്ധതി സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ

ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ അനൂകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരപരിധിയിൽപെടുന്നത് പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ബിരുദത്തിനും ബിരുദാനന്തര തലത്തിലും നിർദിഷ്ട കോഴ്സുകളിൽ ആദ്യ വർഷം പഠിക്കുന്ന തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്ക പ്പെടുന്ന അപേക്ഷകരാണ്. തൊഴിൽ മേഖലകളിലുള്ള അപേക്ഷകർ ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ പരിധിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല.

പഠിക്കുന്ന കോഴ്സിനുവേണ്ട യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷയിൽ (യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി /ബോർഡ് പരീക്ഷയിൽ) ലഭിക്കുന്ന മാർക്കിൻറെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് നൽകുക

പഠിക്കുന്ന കോഴ്സിനുവേണ്ട നിശ്ചിത യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷയിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 60 ശതമാനം മാർക്ക് കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയവർക്കായിരിക്കും സ്കോളർഷിപ്പിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അർഹത.

കേരളത്തിലെ സർവ്വകലാശാലകൾ അംഗീകരിച്ച കോഴ്സുകൾക്കും അംഗീകൃത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ റെഗുലർ കോഴ്സുകൾക്ക് പഠിക്കുന്നവർക്കുമായിരിക്കും സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് നൽകുന്നത്.

ഒരാൾക്ക് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസകാലത്ത് ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം മാത്രമേ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പിന് അർഹതയുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

തുല്യമായ മാർക്കോ ഗ്രേഡോ വരികയും അതിൽ ഒരാളെ മാത്രം തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കേണ്ട സാഹചര്യം വരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം വരുമാനം കുറഞ്ഞയാൾക്കായിരിക്കും മുൻഗണന.വരുമാനവും/ മാർക്ക് / ഗ്രേഡ് തുല്യമായി വരുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ,യോഗ്യത കോഴ്സിന്റെ പ്രധാന വിഷയത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ച മാർക്കിനെ അടിസ്ഥാനപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കും മുൻഗണന നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

നോർക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ മാനദണ്ഡം മെരിറ്റ് മാത്രമായിരിക്കും.

തെറ്റായ വിവരങ്ങളോ രേഖകളോ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകരെ ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ അനൂകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. തെറ്റായ വിവരങ്ങളോ രേഖകളോ ഹാജരാക്കിയാണ് അനൂകൂല്യം കൈപറ്റിയതെന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുന്നപക്ഷം ടി അപേക്ഷകരിൽ നിന്നും തുക 15 ശതമാനം പലിശ സഹിതം തിരിച്ചടിക്കുന്നതിന് നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകരെ ഭാവിയിൽ ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള ധനസഹായം കൈപറ്റുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും മാറ്റി നിർത്തുന്നതാണ്.

തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളുടെ സേവിങ്ങിസ് ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് മുഖേനയാണ് സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് തുക വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

ഓരോ കോഴ്‌സിനും 20000 രൂപയായിരിക്കും സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് തുക

• No. of Maximum Children Eligible from one Pravasi: 2
• Who are Eligible: Children's of Parent Working abroad atleast 2 years  with ECR Category or Gulf Return after working at least 2 years and staying in Kerala
• Annual Income of Gulf Return: Below Rs. 2 Lakhs
• Scholarship Amount: Rs. 20000 per course

Certificate to be issued by the Head of Institution: Certificate by HOI

Parent's / Guardian's Declaration: Parent / Guardian Declaration

Certificate by Gazetted Officer (For Returnee NRK): Gazetted Officer Certificate

Documents to be enclosed with the Application:

Class 10th Certificate –SSLC / CBSE / ICSE or Equivalent

Class 12th Certificate With Mark list

Degree Certificate and Consolidated Mark list showing CGPA / CGPA(S)

Certificate issued by Gazetted officer - Proof of Returnee NRK

Original annual family income certificate for the current financial year in the prescribed format issued by Village Officer / Tahsildar (For Returnee NRK).

Eligibility: Minimum 60% marks in Qualifying Exam and have to take admission in Post Graduate Course or Professional Course. 

Course should be Regular courses from Institutions recognized by Universities in Kerala. 

Certificate issued by the Director / Principal / Head of the Institute

Declaration by Parents

Copy of Bank Pass book showing name of the student, account number, IFSC and photograph

Copy of student’s AADHAAR card

Passport copy – Proof of ECR category (Applicable only for NRK’s working abroad)
