Learners who are nationals of countries in Africa participating in the e-VBAB Network Project residing in below stated countries who register for Undergraduate / Postgraduate Degree or Diploma Programmes and Certificate Courses on the iLearn Portal can avail of a scholarship.

How to Register in iLearn Online Education?

Visit the website https://ilearn.gov.in/

Click on the Login/Register

You will be directed to the log-in page where you can register using your Google, Facebook, Microsoft or click on the “Sign-up Now” option to create an account on iLearn Portal using a valid email address.

Fill the details

Select your country in “Country residing in currently” dropdown.

Choose Learning Center from “Learning Center” dropdown.

Click on “Register” button to register your user

You will receive your log-in credentials on your registered email ID.

Revisit the Website and click on Login/Register

Enter your Email Address and Password and click on Sign in.
