How to reset / change password in SPARK Kerala?

Service and Payroll Administrative Repository of Kerala (SPARK) is Service and Payroll Administrative Repository for Kerala which is a comprehensive employee management information system of Government of Kerala.

SPARK is a web-based Government to Employee integrated solution for Service and Payroll Management which brings the payroll and finance related activities of more than five lakh government employees into a single application. 

It can trace service history of employees, track records / bills / reports / orders etc. A Permanent Employee Number (PEN) will be allotted to each employee on registering the Service Book of the employee. SPARK will also record the details of loans, advances and other subscriptions like LIC, SLI, GIS, FBS etc. 

How to reset user password in SPARK?

Registered users can reset their password in SPARK by clicking the Forgot Password shown in the Login Page. Once Forgot Password is clicked Reset Password window will appear. 

Enter PEN, Date of Birth, E-Mail etc. and click on Submit.

If the details given by you is correct and the E-Mail address is matching with the Registered Profile your Mobile Number will be displayed in the Page. If the Mobile Number displayed is correct click on Verify.

An OTP will be delivered to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on Confirm.

Enter your desired password (Follow the password policy) and click on Continue.

Password Policy

Password must be minimum 8 characters

Password must be different from previous 3 passwords

Password should be a combination of alphabets, number and symbol

Password need to change every 30 days. (Password will expire every 30 days)
