How to Apply?
Download and Print Application Form from http://www.literacymissionkerala.org
Fill the application Form with necessary details and affix passport size photo (Self attest the Photo), Select course, Fill the Fee Payment details, Sign by the Applicant and District Co-Ordinator or Head of Institution.
Send the Filled Application Form along with Challan / Receipt of fee remitted, Attested copy of the certificates which proves Date of birth & Educational qualification etc.
All columns in the application should be filled. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
The registration certificate along with the application form should be filled and paste a passport size photo. No need to attest the photo in the registration certificate. The registration certificate will be returned after the completion of registration and the applicant should keep it for reference.
If the applicant is an Equivalency student, the application should be signed by the District Project Co-Ordinator and if he/she is a school student, application should be signed by the Head of the school. No other applicant need the sign or attestation by District Project Co-Ordinator or Head of the school.

Registration Fees and Course Fees to be paid through SBI Challan to the account of KERALA STATE LITERACY MISSION AUTHORITY ACCOUNT No. (See Below for A/c Number for particular course) with SBI Sasthamangalam (IFSC - SBIN0070023), Thiruvananthapuram
