https://resident.uidai.gov.in/order-reprint - Order Aadhaar Reprint Online and get it delivered to your House for a nominal charge. 


Order Aadhaar Reprint is a paid service.

If you need to reprint of your Aadhaar Letter after updation or due to loss of your original Aadhaar Letter, you can order Aadhaar Reprint by paying a nominal fees of Rs. 50/- (inclusive of GST & speed post charges).

To order reprint of your Aadhaar Letter you can use Aadhaar Number/Virtual Identification Number(VID)/EID.

Validation through OTP:

One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number. 

If you have not registered a mobile number with Aadhaar, you can order a reprint via Non registered mobile number.

Preview of Aadhaar details is not available for Non registered mobile based Reprint Order.

What is Order Aadhaar Reprint Service?

Using this service Aadhaar Card holder can get their Aadhaar letter reprint by paying nominal charges if the Aadhaar letter has been lost, misplaced or if they want a new copy. Residents who do not have registered mobile number can also "Order Aadhaar Reprint" using Non Registered or Alternate Mobile Number.

What are the charges to be paid for Order Aadhaar Reprint?

Rs.50/- inclusive or GST and Shipping Charges to be Paid. 

How residents can request for Order Aadhaar Reprint?

Visit the UIDAI Official Website or Resident Portal and provide 12 digits Aadhaar Number (UID) or 16 digits Virtual Identification Number (VID).

OTP will be received on Registered Mobile number

If Mobile Number is not Registered OTP will be received on Non Registered / Alternate Mobile number

How to Request using Registered Mobile Number?

Visit http://www.uidai.gov.in or https://resident.uidai.gov.in

Click on “Order Aadhaar Reprint”

Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar Number (UID) or 16 digit Virtual Identification Number (VID)

Enter the security code

Tick My Mobile number is not registered if your Mobile Number is not Registered or If your Mobile Number is Registered with Aadhaar no need to tick.

Click on Send OTP or Enter TOTP

OTP sent to your Registered Mobile number. Check your mobile

Enter OTP/TOTP received on registered mobile number.

Read the Terms and Conditions and Click on the check box against "Terms and Conditions"

Click on "Submit" Button to complete OTP/TOTP verification.

Preview of the Aadhaar details will appear for verification.  If your details are correct then click on "Make payment". You will be re-directed to Payment Gateway page with payment options as Credit/Debit Card, Net banking and UPI.

After successful payment, receipt will get generated having digital signature which can be downloaded by resident in PDF format. Resident will also get the Service Request Number via SMS.

Resident can track the status of SRN till dispatch of Aadhaar Letter on Check Aadhaar Reprint Request Status

Resident can further track delivery status by visiting DoP website.

How to raise Request using Non Registered/Alternate Mobile Number?

Please Visit http://www.uidai.gov.in or https://resident.uidai.gov.in

Click on “Order Aadhaar Reprint”

Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar Number (UID) or 16 digit Virtual Identification Number (VID)

Enter the security code

Tick My Mobile number is not registered if your Mobile Number is not Registered 

Please enter Non Registered / Alternate Mobile Number.

Click on “Send OTP”

Read the Terms and Conditions and Click on the check box against "Terms and Conditions"

Click on "Submit" Button to complete OTP/TOTP verification.

Which modes are available to make the payment?

You can use Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI to make the payment for "Order Aadhaar Reprint"

Do we have option to raise an Order Aadhaar Reprint request on different address?

If you want to deliver your "Order Aadhaar Reprint" on different address, first you have to update your Aadhaar details by visiting nearest Enrollment center or Online update through SSUP portal

How many days will it take to receive “Order Aadhaar Reprint” after creating successful request?

After receiving order for Order Aadhaar Reprint from the resident UIDAI will handover printed Aadhaar Letter to DoP within 5 working days (excluding the date of request). Aadhaar Letter will be delivered using SPEED POST Service of Department of Post (DoP) in line with DoP delivery norms and Delivery Status may be tracked using DoP Status Track Services
