Applications were invited for the temporary posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) and  Head Constable (Ministerial) Recruitment in CISF 2022. Last Date for Applying Online is 25th October 2022 up to 5 PM.

Name of the Posts: Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer)

  • Pay Scale: Pay Level 5 - Rs.29,200 - Rs. 92,300 + Allowances

Name of the Posts: Head Constable (Ministerial)

  • Pay Scale: Pay Level 4 - Rs.25,500 - Rs. 81,100 + Allowances

Skill Test (Dictation & Transcription for Assistant sub Inspector (Stenographer) & Typing Test for Head Constable (Ministerial)

Candidates have to give their preference at the time of Online application Submission, i.e.. either for Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) and  Head Constable (Ministerial) or Both and option given by the candidates shall be treated as final and will not be changed under any circumstances.

Candidates appointed are liable to serve any part of India

Eligibility:

Qualification: Candidates must have Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board or University or equivalent.

Age: Between 18 to 25 years as on 25th Oct 2022. Upper Age Limit is relaxed for SC / ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years and Departmental candidates with 3 years continuous service in Central Government (Up to 45 years for SC / ST and Up to 40 years for Gen / EWS / OBC)

Other Essential qualifications.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer)

Skill Test Norms on Computer –

 Dictation:-10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.  

Transcription time- 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.   

Head Constable (Ministerial) 

Skill Test Norms on Computer – 

English Typing with minimum speed of 35 wpm on Computer (Or) Hindi Typing with minimum speed of 30 WPM on Computer. 

How to Apply for Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) and  Head Constable (Ministerial) Recruitment in CISF?

Submit the Application Online by visiting the CISF website www.cisfrectt.in.

Next Click on New Registration

Fill  Basic details (like Name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number etc.), Additional and contact details and Declaration. 

Candidates are required to upload the following documents while Applying Online

Photograph - Recent scanned color passport size photo duly mentioned the date on which the photo is taken (not more than 3 months old) in JPEG format (20 KB to 50KB).  Dimension should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). Photo should be without cap, spectacles and both ears should be visible. 

Signature - Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB). Dimension 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).  

Documents – Upload scanned copies in PDF format (Note more than 1 MB) with regard to his / her age and educational qualification (i.e. Matriculation Certificate & Senior Secondary Examination Certificate).  

Last date and time of submission of online applications is 25th October 2022 (5 PM) 

Take print out and retain the submitted online application which is to be produced to the recruitment board subsequently. Candidates are not required to send the printouts of their online application or any other document to concerned RRCs.  

Application Fees: Rs.100 (No Fees for SC / ST / Female and Ex-Serviceman candidates) - Can be paid through Net Banking, Credit or Debit or Rupay cards, and UPI or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

Documents to Carry along with Admit Card for Written Test

Carry 2 color passport size photo duly mentioned the date on which the photograph has been taken, Aadhaar Card or Voter’s ID Card or Driving License or PAN Card or Passport or ID Card issued by University / College / School or Employer ID Card (Govt./PSU) or Ex-Serviceman Discharge book issued by Ministry of Defense or any other photo bearing ID card issued by the Central / State Government. (Date of Birth should be Mentioned in the ID Card)

Call Letters / Admit Cards for PST & Documentation, Written Test, Skill Test and Detailed Medical Examination will be uploaded on CISF website at each stage during the recruitment process. Admit Card will be issued through Online only. Visit CISF website www.cisfrectt.in for Downloading the Admit Card. Admit Card will not be sent by post.
